Our shipping policy states that delivery within Portugal takes 3-7 days and outside Portugal takes 7-15 days after payment confirmation. What is your returns policy?
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee and free return shipping. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Certain items such as perishables, intimate products and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Refunds are processed immediately upon approval.
